Costasiella pallida from Hong Kong
February 17, 2005
From: Kathe R. Jensen
Dear Bill,
I have now scanned a few more of my old slides. This one shows Costasiella pallida from Hong Kong. I described that species in 1985 based on only one small species. The present animal was collected in April 1986 at a locality in the New Territories called Tso Wo Hang. It is part of the material used for the anatomical description published in 1990. I don't have information about the size of this specimen, but it was one of 10 specimens collected on intertidal mats of Vaucheria.
Locality: Tso Wo Hang, Hong Kong. South China Sea. Depth: intertidal.

Thanks for filling in another gap. Have you seen the message [#12934] about an Elysia from Hong Kong I recently posted. Any ideas on its identity would be welcome
Best wishes,
