Metaruncina nhatrangensis from Vietnam

I recently described Metaruncina nhatrangensis, from South Vietnam. This species differs from M. setoensis (Baba, 1954) by the color of the body, number of denticulate transverse ridges on the gizzard plates and position of the genital aperture. The species lives among red algae and dead corrals in intertidal zone.
Locality: Van Phong Bay, Vietnam, South China Sea. Intertidal. Length: 4 mm. 19th January, 2005. on dead corals. Photographer: A.V.Chernyshev
