Bill:
Congratulations on the latest recognition of your work with opisthobranchs - Hypselodoris rudmani Gosliner & Johnson, 1999.
This recent paper discusses a number of species I'm unfamiliar with. I was wondering if you can post a photo of your H. flavomarginata?
Thanks much,
Dave Behrens

Behrens, D., 1999 (Apr 13) Have you a pic of Hypselodoris flavomarginata?. [Message in] Sea Slug Forum. Australian Museum, Sydney. Available from http://www.seaslugforum.net/find/769Dear Dave,
Thanks for the congratulations Dave but they really should go to the authors Terry & Rebecca for their wonderful work. I also received a copy of their paper a couple of weeks ago and have been meaning to publish a comment about it and change a couple of identifications on the Slug Site as a result ... but there doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day! Perhaps if I'm lucky they will send me a photo of H. rudmani for the Forum.
I have posted a couple of Pierre Laboute's pictures of Hypselodoris flavomarginata at the top of this page I would be interested in any sightings of it outside New Caledonia.
Best wishes,
Bill Rudman.
