It certainly looks like a Phyllidiopsis, with three distinctive ridges down the centre of the mantle. It has similarities to P. sphingis, however that species has 4 black lines and pale straw coloured rhinophores so I suspect this is an unnamed species. The three black lines, 3 ridges, black radiating lines on the mantle edge and the rhinophores with a black band down the posterior side should all be distinguishing features.
