Perhaps this is a colour form of Chelidonura hirundinina but there are consistent colour differences with C. philinopsis being brown while C. hirundinina is black. Also the blue-black T shaped mark on C. philinopsis is edged in yellow or pale orange-brown while in C. hirundinina the yellow-orange lines are distinctly separate.
