Atlantic coast from Spain to SW British Isles.

Translucent clear with some brown mottling on dorsal surface of body and white granules within the tubercles of the cerata. Grows to approx 10mm long, and has 4-6 pairs of cerata. Is found only on Aglaophenia tubulifera.

Hi Bill,
To accompany my message on Doto floridicola, here are some photos of Doto lemchei. As I said before, my observations are that Doto floridicola is only found on Aglaophenia kirchenpaueri, while Doto lemchei, which is similar in size and proportions but quite different in pigmentation, is found only on Aglaophenia tubulifera.
