My first Doto

Dear Bill,
After long years of searching for it, I finally find my first Doto. Just as Bernard Picton writes in his field guide I found lots of spawn upon Aglaophenia sp. and collected a clump of these hydroids. In my aquarium I discovered there were 5 individuals upon this clump. The smallest was 1 mm, the largest 6 mm long - I didn't expect them to be so very small. Now there is the next problem:
Identification! There are 16 species listed in "Annotated Check-List of Mediterranean Marine Molluscs" by Sabelli, Gianuzzi-Savelli
and Bedulli, Bologna, 1990 - which one did I find?

I hope you or some of the Spanish experts can help - although the photos aren't very good.
Erwin.

Dear Erwin,
Congratulations on finding your first Doto. I think I'll leave the identification to a local expert.
Best wishes,
Bill Rudman.
