I think it looks like Nembrotha mullineri, but the red spots at the head and and the tail are confusing me.
Fred writes this one was interested in ascidians - if it was feeding on it or not - he didn't like to swear..

I am pretty sure this is a species of Nembrotha, and the association with the ascidian is certainly an indicator, if not conclusive evidence.
I don't think this species has been named as yet.
