Similar in shape and colour to Phyllodesmium cryticum but apparently differs externally in having long tuberculate rhinophores.

Fraser, V., 2001 (Jun 5) Another Phyllodesmium from South Africa. [Message in] Sea Slug Forum. Australian Museum, Sydney. Available from http://www.seaslugforum.net/find/2680Dear Valda,
It looks very similar to Phyllodesmium crypticum but from your photo this animal has long and tuberculate rhinophores while in P. crypticum they are smooth, and about half the length of the nearby cerata.
I would need to look at the anatomy to say anything sensible about this animal.
Cheers,
