Dear Atsushi,
I guess form its general shape and colour that it is a species of Rostanga. From the size of the eggs I can be pretty sure that this is a direct developer meaning the embryo will develop in the egg until it reaches the crawling slug stage, and then it will hatch. There will be no planktonic veliger stage. If that is so then it not a species that has been recorded from Japan before, and may possibly be an unnamed species.
Best wishes,
Bill Rudman
