Hi Bill,
This nudibranch seems to be a specimen of Tambja sp. 5 from Moal Boal (Philippines). The image available at www.mondomarino.net is by Paolo Eugenio Gabri [I have his permision to use it on the Forum]. I don't know whether the species is now described. The only information is from your site. Moreover, I have read that its only found in Indonesia.

Yes this is Tambja sp. 5. This group is being studied by Marta Pola at the moment so we shouldn't have to wait too long for a name. One of the aims of the Forum is to build up more information, so this record from the Philippines is a valuable addition to our knowledge
Best wishes,
